Shipping policy

Orders in our online store are processed, produced and shipped by our product partners who have hundreds of print offices around the world. For fast and hassle-free delivery, each order is directed for fulfillment to the closest print office to the delivery address in your country, or even in your city (if possible).

Ready to ship:
The specified days are the technically time necessary for the production process, time to prepare, pack and send your order.
We do our best to send orders as soon as possible after ordering.
After confirming of the payment of your order, we will send the ordered products at the address you specify within 1-3 Business days.

Approximately Delivery time:
USA, Canada: 3-6 Business days
Europe: 3-6 Business days
Australia: 3-6 Business days

Please note that the deadlines are stated in Business Days, not Calendar Days, weekends and holidays are not counted.

We will do the best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the size, number and type of ordered items, the area of the delivery address, as well as the shipping method you prefer.
The estimated delivery dates are indicative and are not a guarantee of exact delivery time. For high volumes, complex formats, certain countries, or in case of specific/force majeure as bad weather, strikes, delay due to the busy season during Black Friday, Christmas and New Year’s Holidays, or National or Local Holidays delivery times might vary.
We are not responsible if there is a delay due to customs.

It is possible that if you have ordered multiple and/or larger items, your order may be sent in two or more separate shipments. If this happens, you will be notified.
